jobboard template install failure

I just downloaded LT Jobboard template zip. I got this failure during template install step:
JInstaller: :Install: Can’t find XML setup file.
my Joomla version is 3.9.25.

Unable to detect manifest file.

Please unzip download package first, then find Template Install package and install it.
