Robin Walker answered 3 years ago the answer i saw in email was for me to send you my login and you can do the upgrade. is this correct? so is it true that i can’t do the upgrade myself? my site is now live. i don’t want to chance a problem. thanks.

You have two options:
1/ Backup your website, then we will install Quickstart package, so you will get theme and sample data like demo. Then, you can bring content via backup and move to live website based on sample data.
2/ We will install all features for PRO version, keep all your current data, but you won’t have sample data like demo, you must to set up it by yourself.
Just let me know about your opinion.
