SupportCategory: Joomla! Template QuestionsQuickstart Packages – standard files without Akeeba?!

Hello, I bought from you Joomla One Page membership. Unfortunately, after downloading and extracting the selected template here are not standard files for copying to FTP. In support area you are writing about Akeeba Kickstart – I don´t know this process and I don´t want to use it.
Your free templates are standard without Akeeba and I always use this method.
Can you send me standard Quickstart package which I can easy extract and copy to FTP and then just install from URL? Thank you very much for your fast answer.

Hi,Some hosting configuration can’t run Joomla! standard installation quickstart package, so we use Akeeba instead. It’s very easy to install and compatible with most of hosting configs. Did you read this instruction https://ltheme.com/how-to-install-quickstart-package-using-akeeba-kickstart/ ?

Yes, of course, I already read your article and a lot of other articles about Akeeba. The final result is a functional presentation, but nonfunctional login process. Reset password doesn´t work, after entering the correct / wrong password, here is no error message, but URL adress is changed to …/administrator/index.php.<br>I installed a lot of templates, free and paid, all of these quickly and easily work on my current hosting and other hostings of my clients. This method (Akeeba) doesn´t work to me.<br>I like the design and editing of websites, but I'm not an expert on the technical side of thing, databases, etc.. so it's very time consuming and ineffective for me.<br>Is it really so difficult to share a templates in the standard version for you?<br>Or I don´t know where is problem and how to fix it :(<br><br>Thank you…

Hello,If you have problem with install Akeeba kickstart file in your hosting, so you can use XAMPP and install it on your local PC first https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html<br><br>After that, you just zip source code and upload to your hosting, then you backup database and restore in your hosting as well. Last, you just open file 'configuration.php' and edit config in this file with your hosting information.<br><br>Thank you,
