Can I use a free template on a client's website?
Yes. Free editions may be used on commercial and client sites. You build the content yourself from the free install package.
What does Pro add over the free edition?
A Quickstart package (Joomla) or demo content (WordPress) that makes your site look like the demo, the full feature set, support, and the right to remove our footer credit.
What is the difference between Pro Standard and Pro Unlimited?
Pro Standard is a yearly licence with a year of support and updates. Pro Unlimited is a single payment for unlimited domains with lifetime support and updates.
Can I upgrade from Pro Standard to Pro Unlimited?
Yes. You pay only the difference between the two editions. See upgrade to Pro Unlimited.
How do memberships work?
A membership gives you every Pro template on a platform, or on both. Plans cover 5 sites, 10 sites or unlimited sites. See the all-in-one membership.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We sell through PayPro Global, which accepts PayPal and credit cards.
Where do I download after buying?
If you created an account at checkout, log in to the customer area. If not, use the link in your order email, which expires after 24 hours, and check your spam folder.
Which Joomla versions do you support?
We are updating our templates for Joomla 6, and packages for earlier Joomla versions remain available. Each product page lists its supported versions.
Which WordPress version do you support?
Our themes are kept compatible with the latest WordPress release. We recommend keeping WordPress up to date for security.
Do the templates work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Every template uses a responsive layout.
Will you install the template for me?
Yes. Order the install service and we set up the template or its full demo on your hosting.
How long does support last?
Pro Standard includes one year, Pro Unlimited is lifetime. Yearly memberships include one year and the Developer membership is lifetime. We answer Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:30 (GMT+7).
Is there a one-page version of a template?
Not as a separate product any more. The Pro editions (Pro Standard and Pro Unlimited) of our Elementor WordPress themes have a one-page mode: the home page menu scrolls to its sections. Our Joomla templates are multi-page sites.
Can you customize a template for me?
Yes. Describe the changes in the template customization form and we send a quote within 24 hours.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you have 30 days to try the full Pro version.
