Privacy policy

This policy explains what information LTHEME collects when you use ltheme.com and how we use it.

Information you give us

We collect only the information you give us directly, for example when you subscribe to products and services or ask us to send you information. When you fill in a request form, we collect the details you enter so we can meet your request. When you answer questions about what you would like to see from us, we keep those answers to serve you better next time.

Emails

With your permission, we may sometimes email you information about products and services you have shown interest in. If you no longer want our promotional emails, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Free downloads

To download a free template or theme, you enter your email address. We keep the address, which themes you downloaded and when, the page you downloaded from, the country of your connection (from our network provider, not your exact location), the time, and whether you agreed to tips and offers. We use this to send you the download link, to ask you once to confirm your address (with one reminder after three days if you have not), to answer support questions about your download, and to count downloads.

Tips and offers are optional: the box is unticked and the download works without it. Only if you tick it and confirm your address do we add you to our mailing list. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing or a bounced address is recorded so we stop writing.

We send these emails through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes the address on our behalf as our email provider. A cookie on your browser remembers that you already gave your email, so the next free download starts at once. To see or delete what we hold about you, contact us.

Cookies

We use cookies to improve your experience on the site. A cookie is a small piece of information a website stores on your computer for record-keeping. Most browsers accept cookies by default.

Our cookies do not contain personal information about you. They work as a unique identifier that helps us understand what visitors find interesting and useful, much like an ongoing questionnaire. We do not store personal information inside cookies, although a cookie may identify your browser. Cookies remember information you have given before, which makes it easier to fill in forms and shop online, and helps us show you information relevant to your interests.

Log files

We and our contracted web analytics providers record the domains from which you visit our site and services, and may log IP addresses or other identifiers for statistical purposes. We use this to gather broad demographic information in aggregate, to identify trends and measure our marketing, to diagnose problems with our servers, to run the site and services, and to analyze how visitors move through the site.

We may periodically share aggregate demographic information with our business partners. IP addresses and other identifiers are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Payments

Payments on ltheme.com are processed by PayPro Global, our payment partner and merchant of record. You enter your card or PayPal details on PayPro Global’s checkout, not on our site, and PayPro Global sends your invoice. We receive the order details we need to create your licence: your name, email address, what you bought and the order number.

Answers from AI in the help desk

Our ticket desk can draft a first answer with AI. To do that, the text of your ticket is sent to an AI provider through WordPress’s AI client. Passwords and private access details (such as FTP, hosting or admin logins) are never sent to the AI provider. A person from our team always reads the ticket and follows up, and you can ask for a person at any time. Billing and licence questions go straight to our staff.

Cookie banner and your choices

When you first visit, a cookie banner (Complianz) asks which cookies you accept. Cookies that the site needs to work are always on; statistics and marketing cookies are only used if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link on the site. Details are in our cookie policy.
