Frequently asked questions

Buying and editions
Which editions can I choose?
Every template and theme has a free edition and two Pro editions: Pro Standard at $29 a year and Pro Unlimited at $49 once. What each edition includes is listed on the product page.
What is the difference between Pro Standard and Pro Unlimited?
Pro Standard is a yearly licence with one year of updates and ticket support. Pro Unlimited is one payment for unlimited websites with lifetime updates and support, and for block themes it also includes the AI kit.
Is Pro Standard a subscription?
Yes. It renews yearly through PayPro Global. You can cancel the renewal with the link in your PayPro Global emails or by asking us in a ticket.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by PayPro Global, our payment partner: credit and debit cards, PayPal and local methods. Prices are in US dollars, and any VAT or sales tax is shown before you pay.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. PayPro Global sends the invoice to the email address you use at checkout, and your orders are listed on your account page.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every product has a live demo, and you can download the free edition and test it on your own site.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. The all-in-one and WordPress memberships include every Pro WordPress block theme; the Joomla membership covers Joomla templates only. Personal and Business are yearly, and new downloads, updates and support stop when the year ends; Developer is one payment.
Downloads and accounts
Do I need an account?
Not for free downloads: enter your email and the download starts at once. We send you the link again and ask you to confirm your address. For Pro, your account page keeps your licences, downloads and orders in one place.
Where do I download after buying?
Sign in to your account, where you can download the right zip for your edition at any time. Your licence key is also in the email PayPro Global sends after your order.
I bought a block theme on block.ltheme.com. Where is it now?
Everything has moved to ltheme.com, and your licence key still works. Sign in to your account; if the licence is not listed, add it with Add a licence key.
Where are purchases I made before the new store?
Older orders appear under Earlier purchases on your account page, with their downloads and invoices.
I lost my licence key or my password.
Reset your password from the sign-in form. For a lost key, open a support ticket with the email address you used to order.
Licences and updates
How many websites can I use a block theme on?
Free and Pro Standard: one website. Pro Unlimited: unlimited websites.
A licence is for which product?
Each licence key is for one theme or template. Membership licences cover every template in the membership.
How do block theme updates work?
Enter your licence key in Appearance → Licence and new versions appear in Dashboard → Updates. You can also download the new zip from your account and upload it with Replace current with uploaded. See licences and updates.
How do I update a Joomla template or Elementor theme?
Download the newest package of your edition from your account and install it as the template’s documentation on doc.ltheme.com describes. Back up your site first.
What happens when my year of Pro Standard ends?
The theme or template keeps working on your site. New downloads, updates and ticket support stop until you renew.
Can I upgrade from Pro Standard to Pro Unlimited?
For Joomla templates and Elementor themes, yes: you pay only the difference. See upgrade to Pro Unlimited.
Under which licence are the block themes released?
The theme code is GPL v2 or later, like WordPress. The demo photos are not included in the downloads.
WordPress block themes
What is a block theme?
A theme built entirely from blocks for the WordPress Site Editor. You change the header, footer, templates, colors and fonts in Appearance → Editor, without code or a page builder.
What do I need to run a block theme?
WordPress 6.6 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer, on any normal WordPress hosting. No page builder and no required plugins.
What does the free block theme include?
The theme package: templates, header and footer, fonts and four color styles, with documentation. A small credit link in the footer must stay; see using the Free theme.
What does Pro add to a block theme?
The ready homepage, all section patterns, page layouts and demo import, ticket support and credit removal. Pro Unlimited adds unlimited websites, lifetime updates and the AI kit.
Can I install a block theme on my existing website?
Yes. Your pages, posts and media stay; menus and the homepage may need a few minutes of setup. See use a theme on an existing website.
Will an update overwrite my changes?
No for changes made in Appearance → Editor, which are saved in your database. Edits made directly in theme files are replaced, so keep those in a copy or a child theme.
Can I upgrade a block theme from Free to Pro without losing my work?
Yes. Upload the Pro zip over the free one with Replace current with uploaded. Your pages, posts and Site Editor changes stay.
How do I add a contact form, booking or shop?
Add the plugin you prefer and point the theme’s buttons to it. The block themes do not include a shop or booking system.
Joomla templates and Elementor themes
What are the Joomla templates built on?
Helix Ultimate with SP Page Builder, so you edit layouts by drag and drop. Each product page lists its supported Joomla versions.
What do the WordPress themes need?
The free Elementor plugin; Elementor Pro is optional. Themes with a shop are built for WooCommerce.
What does Pro add to a Joomla template or Elementor theme?
A Quickstart package (Joomla) or demo content import (WordPress) that makes your site look like the demo, support, and the right to remove our footer credit.
Do these templates include an AI kit?
Not yet. An AI kit is planned and will come with each rebuilt template; the product page says when it is included. See AI-ready.
Where is the documentation?
Guides for our Joomla templates and Elementor themes are on doc.ltheme.com, with the Joomla and WordPress video tutorials for common tasks.
Support
How do I get help?
Start with the documentation: block theme docs or doc.ltheme.com for Joomla and Elementor. Pro customers can open a support ticket for anything else.
How does ticket support work?
You get an AI-drafted first answer as soon as you submit, based on your question and our documentation, and a person from our team follows up. Billing and licence questions go straight to staff.
When does the team answer?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:30 (GMT+7).
What does ticket support cover?
Installing and setting up the product, using its features, and problems caused by it. Custom design or development work is not included, but we can quote it on custom work.
What should I include in a ticket?
The product name and version, your site address, what you did and what you see, plus a screenshot link. Never send passwords or full licence keys in a ticket.
Can you install a template for me?
Yes. Order the install service and tell us what you need, and we send a quote.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a Pro edition has a problem that we cannot fix, ask within 30 days of your order and we refund it in full.
How do I ask for a refund?
Open a support ticket with your order email and describe the problem. We try to fix it first and refund you if we cannot.
Still have a question?
Technical questions about a theme or template you own go to ticket support, where you get an instant AI-drafted answer and a person from our team follows up. Anything else, send through the contact form.
