The reason for the problem of not being able to drag and drop with elementor Page Builder may be the use of Explorer or Edge.
You cannot edit with Microsoft browsers; however, you can do with Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.
In any situation, the pages which are built with Elementor Page Builder show up in the Microsoft browsers.
