Quickstart akkeba returns 404 after extraction

Any quickstart versions that DONT need Akeeba? It just complicates things, especially when it doesnt work.
I keep getting 404 errors after extraction and visiting the front end. This is a clean slated public html folder with a new database. In fact I wiped the other Helix quickstart I had on it so I do not believe it is a server issue as I have been trying other companies quickstarts on the same server. I’d rather just install quickstart normally rather than go through the akeeba process. It never fails that way.

In fact, the only thing showing after extraction is the demoXXXX.jpa file. Nothing else is showing.

My bad, got it sorted. Akeeba needs to extract the jpa. Working now.
