When you are building a form for your visitors to register an account to log in to your website, have you ever thought that it’s not necessary to have Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required for email? Do you want to remove or hide them so that your users are able to leave them blank? If you are looking for a perfect way to do that, we are going to provide you a short blog with clear guidelines.
First of all, you need to open Site_root/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_user.ini
After that, in line 80, let’s find the text:

REGISTER_REQUIRED=Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Then, change it into
REGISTER_REQUIRED=

So, you can easily generate a registration form without Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
We hope the information above will be helpful for you. If you have any trouble or want to ask any query about this topic, don’t hesitate to leave your comment or contact us. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
