This error appears when you try to install Elementor Page Builder as a theme, but it is a plugin.
To deal with this error, you need to install it through “plugin”, not install by going to Appearance and click on theme button which is on your WordPress Dashboard.
Note: It is also necessary for you to install Elementor free in order that Elementor Pro is able to work in case the last version is an extension of the former.
