COMPANIES ADMIN
- Companies Listing For Admin:
Admin control panel > company. Admin Right menu > companies > companies.
This is “Company Listing Page” for Admin. All the rejected or approved company will be listed here.
This portion has a back link that links to Control Panel, Page Title, Add New Company button and Right Menu button.
In this portion, there’s “Select all” check box, Delete button, Sort button
This is filter for company listing, admin can filter companies on the basis of company name, category, date create (date range), status (approved, rejected), gold and featured.
When admin uses filter, only company match all admin’s criteria can display in listing. Reset button will disable filter criteria and show all companies
An individual company performance with logo, name, gold tag, featured tag, categories, website, location, date, and some action links(*)
(*) There is link for company department, add/remove gold or featured button, enforce delete (company and departments, jobs of that company will be deleted), delete (means company will be deleted if it does not have any job in the system). Click on company name will take to form company with company details already filled.
Pagination
Label for values on this page from field ordering. Configurations have influence on this page including: Enable Gold Company, Enable Featured Company, Gold Company Auto Approve, Feature Company Auto Approve.
- Add to Gold Company
When admin clicks on Add Gold Company button but cost for gold company is not defined, company name will show Gold tag next to it. If cost for Add to Gold Company is defined, a popup will display on screen with full details information, such as total credits of employer, credits options for that action with expires (if defined), credit remaining after proceeding and 3 buttons Proceed Without Paying, Proceed With Paying and Cancel
If admin chooses Proceed With Paying, employer who owns the company will be charged. If Proceed Without Paying is selected, they won’t. Cancel button is to close the popup.
When admin clicks on Add to featured company button and cost for featured company is defined, company name will show Featured tag next to it. If it is defined, a popup will appear on screen with that will have details like total credits of employer, credits options for that action with expires (if defined), credits remaining after proceeding and 3 buttons including Proceed Without Paying, Proceed With Paying and Cancel.
If admin chooses Proceed With Paying, employer who owns the company will be charged. If Proceed Without Paying is selected, they won’t. Cancel button is to close the popup.
