I recently purchased the LT Psychex template to use for a personal portfolio and for the life of me I CANNOT make changes to certain parts of it. nI spent days in trying to figure it out and I CANNOT.
- The main menu items are only active on the home page. Once I go to any other page those items are not active. Clicking the logo is the only thing that gets me back to home. I ‘d like to connect them to their respective sections on the homepage.
- I CANNOT make changes to the “How can I help you” section on the home page. I changed the image in the folder but if doesn’t reflect on the site. I cannot also edit the content.
- I cannot make changes to the “Psychological Services” section on the home page. I’d like to change the eight skills section.
- I can’t change the “Therapies” section.
- I cannot make changes to the “Awards” sections.
- I’ve made some changes to the “Portfolio” section but they all are not showing.
Can someone please help. here’s my website link so you can see what I’m referring to: http://www.livewisely2020.com/MyPortfolio/.
I am really late on this project so any timely response would be great.
FYI: I’ve looked at the online documentation and there was nothing there that could help me with this. I am using a joomla website.
Issue #6 is solved Kevin. Now we only have the menu items to focus on. Thank you.
Thank you for your info.
I see you already corrected (1) and (2), if not let me know.
for (3), (5), (6): You can edit it via page builder, page “Home”, did you try it?
For portfolio (4): you can edit title and sub heading via Page builder, on Row Settings. For Portfolio items, please go to Admin > Component > Adv Portfolio PRO.
BTW. I’ve made some changes to the portfolio but only one showed. the rest are still showing the templated information.
Kevin you are a blessed man. This comes from my mouth to GOD’s ear. I have not figured out (1) and (2) yet. The problem is that whenever I leave the home page those menu items do not bring me back. They’re all dead. They only work when on the home page. I would even like to know how to link those menu items to articles (I should be able to do that).
With your help I was able to make the changes on time and submitted my project. I thank you very much.
Glad to hear about that. Anything that you need with my helps? 🙂
Yes. Issue #6 is solved. Now we only have the problem with the top menu items. As said earlier, they function quite well on the home page but on any other page on the site they do not work. the links are dead. I’d like to add sub menu items to different pages but that sub-menu link did not bring up the page even.. Can you help me with that?
I tested all menu items and it’s working well as onepage scroll menu effect.
Can you let me know details or send me direct link that I can see issue.
if you click on one of the portfolio images it’ll take you to that portfolio page. Now try the menu items and you’ll see what I’m talking about. They do not work when you’re not on the home page. Thanks.
You’re using Onepage version, not multipage version. So, all content should be place in single page, in your case you have internal page (portfolio link), that’s why it doesn’t work mainmenu.
That makes sense now. How can I use the menu items so the can point back to the homepage? There should be some way to do that. Yes?
You must to get Premium version of this template, and integrate two templates on your website, one for language page with onepage version (scroll), and one for internal pages (such as portfolio item).
You can get multipage (premium) version at https://ltheme.com/project/lt-psychex-free-joomla-psychology-templates/
I see. So since I have the pro version I can’t do it with that? If so how is that done?
Did you purchase PRO version via link that I gave you above? You must have PRO license for premium theme version of this design, then I can login and integrate premium version for your Onepage (current page), so you can use internal pages and Onepage on same website.
i purchased the pro version with the quickstart package before we started talking.
Yes, you purchased LT Psychex, but it’s Onepage license LT Psychex Onepage (Pro Standard), details here https://ltheme.com/project/lt-psychex-onepage-free-one-page-joomla-psychology-template/
I asked you for your issue, because you’re using Onepage, so all content must be placed in single page, if you have internal page from Portfolio, you must get LT Psychex Premium (multiple page version) at https://ltheme.com/project/lt-psychex-free-joomla-psychology-templates/
May be you did not read my reply above carefully, could you please recheck?
No. I did not purchase the multipage because I thought I would be able to do what I needed with the onepage version. Should I upgrade and pay the difference in price?
Kelvin, can I uprade and pay the difference in price?
Kelvin???? You’re not answering.
So sorry for delay response on weekend.
Unfortunate, it’s not. It’s two different version, if you just update to Premium, then you can’t use Onepage version.
We’re running Black Friday with 60% OFF for PRO order, you have big discount on today to get Premium version of this template, don’t miss, coupon code: BLACKFRIDAY2019

Ok now Kelvin. I purchased the multipage version of the template. Now how do I enable it so that I can do what I’m asking the template to do?
Thank you for your update.
